Our Family

About Erin

I was born and rasied in Cape Girardeau. After college I got married and we moved to St. Louis a year later. Soon after we bought a house and had a baby. Our lastest adventure was deciding to bring our family back to Cape! It's great being so close to both sets of grandparents and family!

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve is done Boyer style!! Every Chirstmas Eve the Boyer side of the family gets together in St. Louis at some family friends house. It's always a great time. We missed out on it last year because it snowed in St. Louis and we were spending Frankie's first Christmas in Cape and didn't want anything to mess that up so we went ahead and came down to Cape Christmas Eve morning. It was so great for Frankie to see everyone that he hadn't seen in a while. He was pretty shy though and was our little shadow all night.
Frankie wasn't really into a family photo, but at least we got one.
(We woke him up for a nap so we could head over to their house so he wasn't really pleased with us, but he had been sleeping for over 3 hours)
Daddy and Frankie (still not into the photo, I guess)
Katie and I
Trey was being lazy and wouldn't stand up so this is what we got. Haha!
Mimi and Frankie
Right after dinner it was time to pack it up and head home but everyone wanted Frankie to one at least on gift before we left. He really didn't care for opening it and was more concerned about the paper that was stuck to his finger.
But he sure enjoyed his Thomas the train that was inside!!! Thanks Great Aunt Cece!
We had fun and it was great to spend time with family that we don't get to see that often. Next year should be fun! :) We had to hurry home and get to bed so Santa could come and see us!!
