Good Friday

 

I am so thankful to have the day off every year on Good Friday.  It was extra special this year because Trey was off.  I love so much for all four of us to hang out together even if its just running errands.

Then we ran some errands, stopped and saw Ningee at work then headed over to Mimi & Papa Gus for a little Easter basket fun and a egg hunt.



He was mad because I wanted to take a picture before he looked in it.

Then after nap, dinner and Colton being in bed we did some Easter egg decorating.

(Side note Frankie was sick last Easter so this was his 1st time dying Easter eggs)

I think he enjoyed it!!  Next year maybe Colton can join in on all the fun!  First day of the weekend went very well!! :)  Frankie has such a personality it is so fun to hang out with him (most of the time).  We also had great family time!!  It is always great to hang out as a family!!

Happy Birthday Aunt Katie

 

Trey's little sister came home for Easter break so we celebrated her birthday with yummy Shogun's!!  I think this might be one of my new favorite places.  As long as I can remember we always go there for her birthday but this time it was so fun to watch Frankie!  He is so scared of the fire but loves everything else.  Especially when the throw the food in your mouth.  My mom was kind enough to come hang out with Colton and put him to bed so we could enjoy without a fussy baby.

Then it was Frankie's turn and yes we did have to sing Happy Birthday to him first.

Frankie's Big Boy Room

Over the summer Frankie got a big boy bed and new dinosaur bedding.  Trey has been wanting to paint in his room since we moved in but I wanted to wait until we decided how we were going to decorate.  We finally decided and agreed on a "design".  I absolutely love how it turned out!!!

Brynn Turns TWO!

Last Saturday we went to Brynn's birthday party.  The theme was "Tutus and Bowties".  It's so fun that some of my friend growing up have kids that are close to the same age as my kids.  I feel like they will all be life long buddies just like we are!
