Our Family

About Erin

I was born and rasied in Cape Girardeau. After college I got married and we moved to St. Louis a year later. Soon after we bought a house and had a baby. Our lastest adventure was deciding to bring our family back to Cape! It's great being so close to both sets of grandparents and family!

They each got to pick out their own fireworks!!  Thanks Mimi!!

Colton hated the fireworks so he stayed inside, these boys liked them though!

He does love watermelon

Matching PJs!!

On the boat waiting for the fireworks to start!  Shortly after this he fell asleep while the fireworks were still going!!  Sweet little boy who can truely sleep through anything!

We always have so much fun at the lake house!!  This year was no different!  Hard to beleive that next 4th of July we will have 5 little kids running around, please pray for us (LOL)!

Vacation-----Staycation

With Jaxson being so little we decided to do a mini get away to St. Louis.  It worked out pretty prefect because we were able to stay with Jeremy and Laura.  The boys all slept in Landen's room and Jaxson got to sleep in Emaline's crib.  We stayed busy and had a blast all week!!!

WARNING picture overload heading your way!!

Back tracking just a little we started our staycation the weekend before in Cape!! :)
 Saturday:
Picnic at the park with my favs!

Jaxson was less than impressed

Feeding the ducks.

Cooling off!

 Sunday:
Jaxson got up EARLY, then fell back asleep in my bed....

didn't matter though because Colton was up!!
Later that day we hit up the Water Park with Mimi & Papa Gus!!  It took Colton a while to warm up to it but once he did, he didn't stop!!  We had a blast!!  Jaxson got to stay home and play with Ningee, I think they had fun too!!

Monday (First day in STL):  Butterfly House/Water Fun
Butterfly House...fail, it was closed on Monday.

They still had fun exploring and playing at the fun park close by.

Then they played with water and forgot about the Butterfly House being closed.

They had a blast in the pool!  Every time they would slide they would say "best day ever"

Sweet boy!

Waterslide fun too!!

Tuesday:  Picture Day & The Zoo
Headed to get pictures taken!

Then we went to the zoo!

Glad to be home out of the heat!

Epic after zoo nap!!

:)  Best smile award goes too....Jaxson Reid!!

Wednesday: Exploring downtown STL
Inside the old court house.
 Exploring the Arch:

They loved pushing the buttons

We tried to get a picture, The boys said not happening

Playing in the water at City Garden:

They had so much fun swimming!

Best out of 10,000 pictures LOL!

That night we went to Incredible Pizza.  It was so much fun!

So we pay $3 and get a ball with the claw machine thing.  That was Colton's ball, we play again and it drops right at the end.  Frankie freaks, I add more money to the card and Trey plays again.  It dropped right at the end again.  I was completely out of money and Frankie is having the biggest melt down I have ever seen.  Truthfully we were robbed twice.  Any way the nice girl behind the prize counter comes out and gives sweet Frankie a ball.  He was so happy!  Thank you nice girl behind the counter!!

They both have a ball!!
Thursday: Purina Farms

Petting a goat...yeah Frankie does that now!

Waiting for the dog show to start.

The show was super cool!

Love our little family!!

And this little family!

After the farm we had lunch at Fudrucker's (yummy)!!!

While visiting Grandma Boy Jaxson thought he should start to learn to roll over!

Snuggling brother
