Day one started off a little rocky with the whole moth of death incident the night before, but we were able to get on the road at a decent time still. We packed up and headed out about 6:30. I'm not sure what happened but the boys were extremely grumpy which made for a super fun car ride. ;) We drove for a little over 5 hours and stopped in Huntsville, AL for lunch and Space Center fun. After lunch the boys behavior improved slightly but man were we ready for the beach!!

After a fun day of exploring, dinner & driving 3.5 more hours we made it to our hotel for the night!

What a day! Love making memories with these people! Now just a short drive and we are at the beach baby!!!
