Jaxson Reid: 7-12 Months

7 months old:

• He is the happiest baby I have ever met • He tries to put everything in his mouth and get super angry of it won't fit • He loves to eat- fruit seem to be his favorite • He can sit up on his own • He scoots and roll all over the place • He is starting to push up with his arms and knees • He loves to be held • He nurses in the morning, right before bed and middle of the night • He loves bath time • He is wearing size 6-9 month clothing and size 2 diapers

8 months old:

• He is mostly happy but has hit a little fussy patch • He loves to be held • He sleeps on his belly • He still gets up at least once durning the night • He loves to eat all fruits, rice cereal and teething biscuits • He is only on formula now and takes 6 bottles a day • He rolls or army crawls everywhere • He loves bath time and usually gets water everywhere • He loves to be tickled • He is in size 2 diapers and 6-9 month clothing

  9 months old:

• He is always happy • He is obsessed with his older brothers • He loves bath time • He sits up and plays well by himself • He rolls and arm crawls everywhere • He still gets up in the middle of the night a couple times a week • He is all over the place in his bed • He loves any and all fruits and loves mum mum's • He is in size 3 diapers wearing 6-9 month clothing but about to grow out of it • He loves to be tickled and be up side down • He is a big mama's boy • He is such a joy to have around

10 months old:

 • He has been sickly and fussy, but still has smiles • He has 2 bottom teeth (hints fussy patch) • He is a mama's boy • He loves eating Puffs & teething biscuits • He can drink out of a sippy cup • He hasn't been sleeping very well and gets up several times a night (hints teeth) • He crawls and army crawls everywhere. • He is everywhere and into everything • He loves to dance • He pulls up on his bed and toys • He can sit up of a laying position • He loves bath time • He loves being tickled • He loves his big brothers and thinks they are hilarious • He has the cutest fake cry and has perfected the art of wrapping his mama around his finger • He wears a size 3 diaper and is currently busting out 6-9 month clothing

11 months old:
• He has 2 bottom teeth & 1 trying to come through on the top • He loves to eat table food • He has 4-5 formula bottles a day • He sleeps pretty good at night but naps are hit or miss • He loves his paci and his blanket • He loves to pull all the toys out • He crawls very fast now • He pulls up and is starting to let go but can't really stand on his own • He never sits still • He loves being right in the middle of his brothers • He loves being upside down and being tickled • He is wearing a size 3 diaper and 9-12 month clothing

12 months old:
• He has 2 bottom teeth & 2 top teeth • He loves feeding himself & pears are his favorite • He has several formula bottles a day- depending on his mood • He sleeps all night most of the time • He naps great at home but takes only 1 very short nap at school • He LOVES his paci & blanket • He pulls up on everything and can cruises on the furniture • He loves being in all the action and thinks he is as big as his brothers • He says: dada, baba and uh-oh • He loves to clap, smile, wave and give high fives • He is wearing a size 3 diaper and 9-12 month clothing • He weighs in at 19.9lbs (7th percentile) and is 27 inches tall (10th percentile) • He is small but mighty

Hard to believe my baby boy is ONE year old!  Time needs to slow down.  I will be sending him off to college before I know it.

Jay's 4th Birthday Party & Girls Night

Our sweet friend Jay is a leap year baby and finally had a birthday this year!  The boys had a blast...bouncing and sliding is so much fun!

Later that evening Chrissy and I went to the movies and then met up with Amanda to listen to US Instead play at Longshot!  Fun was had by all!

Frankie's First Soccer Game

Frankie's first soccer game...let's just say he isn't into it!  He begged me to sign him up so I did, but then he said he changed his mind and didn't want to play.  Being the person that I am, it's fine if you don't want to play but you will have to go and watch and cheer your team on because you aren't a quitter.  He was terrified so I was not going to force him to play at least he looks cute in all the gear.

So soccer isn't his thing...no big deal.  He is only five and he will figure out what he likes to do when the time is right!  Colton on the other hand can't wait till fall when he gets to play.

Family Date Night

One random Monday night we had haircuts downtown, it was so pretty outside that we decided instead of going home and cooking we would throw rocks in the river and check out Broussard's new location. :)  The boys LOVE to throw rock in the river and Jaxson loved exploring everything and climbing.

Girl's Day at the Fox

I planned this girl's trip a while back to see Beauty & The Beast at the Fox with Trisha & Laura and all our moms.  My uncle sadly & suddenly passed away on Saturday (Jaxson's birthday) so my mom was in Springfield with the family.  My friend Amanda filled in for my mom.  The show was amazing!  We had a fun little day trip to the Lou!!  I missed my mom being there but I knew she was exactly where she needed to be.

Jaxson Reid Turns ONE

It's hard to believe that my sweet baby boy that I just had yesterday turned one on March 12th.  Where does the time go?  I started planning sweet boy's first birthday party the day I found out that I was having a boy due in the month of March!  Anybody that knows me knows that I love to throw parties and I like to go all out for first birthday especially.  I completely understand that they won't remember it, but I will!! :)
