Our Family

About Erin

I was born and rasied in Cape Girardeau. After college I got married and we moved to St. Louis a year later. Soon after we bought a house and had a baby. Our lastest adventure was deciding to bring our family back to Cape! It's great being so close to both sets of grandparents and family!

Christmas Day

Since moving back to Cape last year (after Christmas) we were able to fit 3 amazing Christmas's into one day!! Trey and I find it very importmant to start Christmas morning at home, from there we don't care if we have to leave right after opening presents we just want to wake up in our own home if at all possible. We started off the day at home as a family of 3!! Fair warning of the picture overload you are about to see.
Santa was very good to us this year, we must have been on our best behavior or something. Santa even used the stocking we left out for him to fill! :)
Frankie woke up about 6:45 and Trey and I jumped out of bed to turn the lights on and get the camera ready to go. We go into get him and he is sitting in his bed saying "Ho Ho Ho", I said why yes Santa did come to visit you last night. He ran out of his room, down the hallway and into the living room. He went straight to the 4 wheeler......haha true boy!
Testing his new ride out.
Opening his stocking.
Daddy, really.
Yummy M&Ms
Appearently just what he always wanted.
Getting pretty good at opening.
A stuffed deer rug, SWEET!!
Daddy, check out this awesome new cars!
Then we were off to Mimi & Papa's house.
This was our entertainment while Papa finished cooking breakfast. We had a huge yummy breakfast before round 2 of presents started.
and slide!!!
Testing the wagon's wheels to make sure Mimi picked out a good one. I think it pasted the test! :)
Now we are at Gammie and Papa's house. *Side note, I had fully planned on changing his clothes to his Christmas outfit but decided that this was to cute to change.
He was so excited that he took the bows off and that he was getting more presents.
I think he was saying snowman if I remember correctly.
Let the opening begain.
Loving on the new money.............SO SWEET!!
After opening we opened all the toys. This is his super serious face. He was cracking all of us up.
The tables were set and ready to go.
Kids table.
Playing with Grammie's new iPad!!
The drums..........he was also making some pretty funny faces with this too.
A little better family photo! :)

Mom, Ashley, Me & Frankie, Jennifer and Annie
We took this same picture last year, love looking at the differences and Frankie was so tiny last year this time. :)
Well I am sad that I didn't get any family photos with my parents, Trey's parents, any of the grandparents or any big family shots. Hopefully we can do better on that next year. We are so thankful to all of our family and friend and loved spending Christmas with everyone. We are so blessed to have each and every one of you in our lives.
