About Erin

I was born and rasied in Cape Girardeau. After college I got married and we moved to St. Louis a year later. Soon after we bought a house and had a baby. Our lastest adventure was deciding to bring our family back to Cape! It's great being so close to both sets of grandparents and family!

Date Night

This past Friday night (9/27) our good Christian planned a surprise date night for my bestie/his wife, Trisha and invited us to come along. Best part was Trisha had no idea what we were going to be doing or that we were going to be in town to join them! Plus I kept a secret for a whole month!! Go me!! :)

On Friday we participated in our first ever couples cooking class. It was so much fun!! We can't wait to sign up for another one. The class was held at "The Kitchen Conservatory" in St. Louis. Chef Frank McGinty had the menu all planned, as couples we were given different task to complete so the food would all be ready to eat on time. Once all the cook/prep was done he served us a 4 course meal!

Adult time!! Yay!

Ready to cook!
