About Erin

I was born and rasied in Cape Girardeau. After college I got married and we moved to St. Louis a year later. Soon after we bought a house and had a baby. Our lastest adventure was deciding to bring our family back to Cape! It's great being so close to both sets of grandparents and family!

MDA Lock Up

My mom's sweet friends hosted a bunko- MDA lock up and raise over $2,000 for the MDA!  It was such a fun event.  I am grateful for these people who help support and bring awareness to Muscular Dystrophy.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Veterans Day Celebrations

I volunteered at Eagle Ridge and got to help with a very special Veterans day lunch.  K-4 got to sing and say the pledge of allegiance.  It was seriously the cutest thing every!

After work and school we headed to the Veterans home to visit with our favorite veteran- Big Papa!  The boys make him so happy and I am happy to get to spend time with him!

They wanted a picture by "the big bird."

Friday fun!  That you for all the men and women that served our country!

Branson Day 3

Day 3 we got up and checked out of the condo.  We didn't have much of a plan but knew we wanted to eat breakfast at the "big chicken" place.  The food was ok, but it was fun to see the big chicken.
The boys loved the big transformer.

There are 3 full bellies under that big chicken.
After breakfast went to downtown Branson and checked out the "Five and Dime" store.  It was pretty crazy in there.  Mimi bought each of the boys a toy and lots of toys for their treasure boxes for Christmas!

Then we checked out Bass Pro Shop, they all really want a new toy......

Frankie cried real tears because I wouldn't buy him a four wheeler......

After exploring downtown we went and played mini golf.  The boys love mini golf!

3 of the coolest people I know!

Before heading home we went to Hard Luck Diner and it was just as I expected!  Such a yummy and fun lunch!

We also killed some energy before our long drive home.

These guys were asleep before getting out of Branson!

This guy never naps!  He fell asleep when we were 30 minutes from our house.

What a BIG & FUN weekend, making memories with the best people that I know!!

Branson Day 2

Day 2 started as fast as day 2 ended!  We woke up (early) and got ready then headed out for breakfast at Cracker Boyer (Barrel).  Apparently everyone in Branson had the exact same idea but we waited and it was worth it!  We love Cracker Boyer so much!! After breakfast we spent the rest of the day at Sliver Dollar City.  It was decked out for Christmas and so much fun!

Jaxon helped me get a high score! :)

Waiting in line is not their "thing."

Naps anywhere at anytime!!  #thirdbabiesrock

Family pictures are apperently not our thing this trip....

Boyer family train selfie

He loves seeing himself in the phone.

Waiting for the parade to start.  We got our spots early because we wanted to ensure to have the very best seats.  Other people we not so courteous to my sweet boys waiting for the parade to start.  Nothing to worry about though, mama bear was able to set things straight.  Lol!

We finished off the night with a 9 pm fast food dinner and watching the fountain show at the Landing.  We were all completely wiped out and cold by the end of it.
