MDA Lock Up

My mom's sweet friends hosted a bunko- MDA lock up and raise over $2,000 for the MDA!  It was such a fun event.  I am grateful for these people who help support and bring awareness to Muscular Dystrophy.

Fall MDA Walk- #BOYERSTRONG

On October 29th we perticipated in our very first MDA walk.  We drove to Carbondale, IL and walked on the SIU campus.  It was a beautiful day for a walk!  This is the first year they did the walk in Southern Illionis so it was a pretty small crowd.  We by far had the biggest group.

  I am so thankful for our family and friends and for all their support. My little group raise over $1,000. :)  My work held several "jean days" and raise over $3,000 then Wells Fargo Advisors chipped in $7,000.  It was simply amazing!  We are gearing up for the big STL walk in April.

Go Green Day!!!

My neighbor and friend Carrie has a son that has Duchenne.  She has been so helpful and supportive of us.  She has majorly impacted my positive, strong vibe! :)  We joined forces and were able to get most of Cape Girardeau & Jackson to wear green to support Muscular Dystrophy on September 30th!  It was so awesome to see every one's post via Facebook & Instagram with their green on.  It's truly amazing how much support we got!!  This isn't even close to all the pictures, but I tried to save as many as I could.
